The TSI Building is a modern, two-storey block with wide, level access, and lifts to the upper floor.

This is where the registration, conference sessions, podcasters, bookshop and one-to-ones will be located.
Accommodation on the North campus is a 5-10 minute level walk from the TSI Building.
There is disabled parking around the North Campus accommodation building. To park, you would need to display a Disabled Person’s Parking Card (‘Blue Badge’) or the equivalent. There is level access to the reception area.

Within this modern accommodation building there is lift access.
There are two types of apartments. The Orchard Apartments are suitable for people who have limited ambulation but are not wheelchair users. The apartments consist of five single, lockable, ensuite rooms along a corridor with a shared kitchen and dining area suitable for self-catering. Each room has a small ensuite shower/toilet where the shower is curtained off and level with the floor. During your stay, you may be sharing the kitchen and dining area with up to 4 people who will probably be our conference delegates but also could be the general public who have reserved via Booking.com.
River Apartments are suitable for wheelchair users and are in the same block.
The virtual tour of the North campus accommodation is linked here.
On the South Campus there is additional accommodation with lift access. The buildings are older and have a doorstep at the entrance.
Ensuite rooms have a shower tray which is a few centimetres in height that needs to be stepped into.
We will be holding a Friday evening welcome buffet in the Pugin Hall on the South Campus. This has level access and is on the ground floor.

South Campus is level with wide tarmac paths. It is immediately adjacent to Maynooth's town centre.

Unfortunately, some of the places of interest on the campus are old buildings with limited access.
These include:
The Russell Library where access to the reading room is via four short flights of stairs and wheelchair access is currently unavailable.
Maynooth Castle (pictured) has limited access for visitors with disabilities.
We are enquiring about access to the Science Museum and will update this page when information is received.
Disabled Persons' parking spaces are shown on a map
Parking payments are collected through website or app by APCOA.
